Dubai TOD

The Dubai TOD is a new transit-oriented development in a prominent location on Dubai’s Sheikh Zayed Road, with direct, on-site access to the Dubai Metro. With a total of 2.2-million SF of development (215,000 square meters), the program includes 630 apartment units, 594 hotel units, almost 40,000 SF of office space, and retail, cultural and entertainment amenities. The design creates a pedestrian promenade at ground level, connecting the two most vibrant nodes in the site - the hotel and the metro station, while the elevated stories are oriented west, where most units enjoy uninterrupted views of the ocean and visible landmarks in the distance such as Palm Jumeirah and the Burj al Arab.
