Flora Net Zero

The Flora Haus project is a net-zero, solar-ready, 5-star Built Green certified home in the heart of Georgetown.

The house takes cues from the neighborhood, creating a large, open porch the front yard, where best solar access is available. The pitched roof also echoes the traditional shape of surrounding houses, but the facades follow a clean, modern language with simple materials and it is devoid of ornamentation. The tall roof  creates sufficient height to accommodate a lofted area for each of the bedrooms.
