Formosa

The project is a residential building to be located in the Roosevelt neighborhood in Seattle, adjacent to the new Roosevelt Light Rail Station. All units share a large lobby in the Ground Level with amenities like a coffee bar, a lounge area, a garden, and a library. Because of its proximity to the future station, there are no parking requirements - instead, a large bicycle storage is provided.
