The project is a new mixed-use building with a total of 96 units, offering a mix of studio apartments, underground parking, and a large street-level commercial space. Located in Seattle, at the intersection of Stone Way N and 42nd St, the building is within walking distance of the vibrant Wallingford and Fremont neighborhoods, and centrally located between Greenlake and Gasworks Park, providing direct access to two of Seattle’s most emblematic lakes. The building will provide much-needed density in this fast-growing area in the city.

A rooftop deck with a common amenity area at the SE corner will capture views of Lake Union, Downtown Seattle and Mount Rainier in the distance.
